Elevation Sailing Team just wrapped up a high-adrenaline week at the Second Grand Prix of the 69F 2025 season, hosted by Fraglia Vela Riva in Riva del Garda, Italy. As the event also counted as the EUROSAF 69F European Championship, the stakes were high, and we’re proud to come away with our strongest result yet:
🥉 3rd among European teams
➡️ 4th overall
⚡ Full-Speed Foiling on Lake Garda
Over the course of 18 races, sailed in classic Garda conditions with wind ranging from 14 to 18 knots, we pushed ourselves and the boat to the limit. The result? Smooth coordination, tight maneuvers, and a top recorded speed of 31.5 knots — our fastest yet in competition.
👊 The Crew

Sailing onboard for this regatta:
Arkadii Kistanov – Trimmer
Chris Oben – Flight Controller
Alexis Just – Helm
As a team, we stayed focused, executed consistently, and made gains throughout the event.

🥉 On the Podium
With FIN 1 Racing taking the overall win, we’re incredibly proud to have placed third among all European teams and secured fourth overall in the fleet. This result marks a huge milestone in Elevation Sailing Team’s 69F campaign.
“It was a full-on week of racing. We learned a lot, stayed fast, and earned our place on the European podium,” said Chris Oben. “We’re building momentum — and we’re only just getting started.”
A huge thanks to Fraglia Vela Riva, the 69F Class, and EUROSAF for hosting such an epic event in one of the most beautiful racing venues in the world.
To our sponsors, supporters, families, and everyone following our journey — thank you. This medal is a shared victory.
